On July 6, Dr. Le Doan from ICB CNRS presented recent work at the Optique BFC conference in Dijon. Organized by the French optical society, the event brought together leading figures in optics and photonics from Europe’s top laboratories, covering a broad spectrum of topics, from fundamental physics to emerging applications. Dr. Le Doan’s presentation, titled “Spectrally confined microcombs via meta-dispersion engineering in photonic crystal ring resonators”, showcased the demonstration of a silicon nitride microresonator featuring custom dispersion management through sinusoidal corrugations.
